The Process

To begin, simply get in touch with our team and book your consultation with Chanelle Cindy herself. We would love to meet you, hear about your ideas, and start bringing your vision to life.

Once we’ve discussed all the design elements and established the details of your gown, we’ll proceed with taking your measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

During your first consultation, you’ll have full access to our Atelier Collection, and you’re welcome to try on any of the gowns you’re interested in. This will be your first of three consultations included in the semi-custom Atelier Collection option.

Your second consultation will be your first fitting, followed by a final fitting to ensure everything is perfect. We’ll also discuss fitting and dress collection dates during your first consultation, so you’re clear on the timeline and confident in the progression of your gown.

For brides who are not based in Cape Town and cannot meet in person, we’re happy to accommodate you. We work with brides from all over the world, and consultations can be arranged via Skype or FaceTime. With an accurate set of measurements, we can help you create your dream gown no matter where you are.
